Jessica Woodward

Jess is an experienced maritime HR professional. She progressed to Crew Manager with P&O Cruises, overseeing crew welfare, administration and compliance for large diverse crews. She then spent over a decade on 100m+ private and charter superyachts as Purser, leading crew employment, recruitment, payroll, logistics and financial administration. After transitioning ashore in 2023, Jessica further strengthened her expertise within a global automotive brand, achieving her CIPD Level 7 qualification and advising on complex employee relations, organisational change and HR policy across multi-site operations.
She now brings this combined seagoing and professional HR experience back to the yacht management sector, supporting owners, managers and crew with practical, compliant and people-focused solutions.
