Originally from the UK and now based in Dubai for over eight years, she has played a key role in establishing and managing HR and office functions from the ground up within fast-paced, growing businesses.
Known for her highly organised approach, calm and approachable manner, Bonita thrives in dynamic environments and is trusted by senior leadership and employees alike. She brings a pragmatic, people-focused approach to HR while balancing operational efficiency and business needs.
Outside of work, Bonita enjoys staying active through running, fitness, and playing padel, as well as travelling and spending time with family and friends.
