THE NUMARINE 27XP | A CLOSER LOOK ONBOARD

Officially unveiled in May 2026 in Istanbul, the Numarine 27XP marked a new chapter for the Turkish shipyard’s XP Series, bringing together true explorer capability, impressive internal volume, and refined contemporary design within a highly versatile 27-metre vessel. Phoenix Sales Brokers had the opportunity to step onboard and experience first-hand what makes this model such an important addition to the Numarine range.

Designed for long-range cruising, the 27XP combines Numarine’s established explorer DNA with a highly liveable layout and carefully considered onboard circulation. The yacht feels noticeably larger than her 26.97-metre length would suggest, creating the atmosphere of a far larger vessel while retaining the operational flexibility of the 27-metre segment.

Design & Main Specifications

One of the defining characteristics of the 27XP is her 6.90-metre beam, which creates a remarkable sense of space throughout both the interior and exterior areas. This width is immediately noticeable across the main saloon, guest accommodation, flybridge, and galley, where the yacht offers a level of comfort and freedom of movement rarely found within this range.

Her exterior lines, designed by Can Yalman, remain sharp, contemporary, and unmistakably Numarine, balancing explorer yacht proportions with a refined and modern profile. Inside, the yacht adopts a calm, elegant atmosphere shaped by large windows, a layout designed to maintain a continuous visual connection to the sea, and impeccable finishes throughout.

Layouts & Accommodation

The 27XP is available in either a 4-cabin or 5-cabin arrangement, with each configuration offering a notably different onboard experience.

In the 4-cabin layout, the wheelhouse is positioned forward on the main deck, while another pilot station is located on the flybridge. This preserves a particularly generous guest area on the upper deck and allows for 2 separate sunbathing zones, positioned both forward and aft. Below deck, the full-beam master suite is among the yacht’s strongest features. Expanded to maximise comfort, the suite includes a spacious en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and large windows that introduce significant natural light into the cabin. This configuration also benefits from a large main-deck galley comparable in scale to what would typically be expected on a yacht closer to 35 metres, making it particularly well suited to Owners planning extended cruising voyages or longer periods onboard with family and guests.

The 5-cabin configuration prioritises additional guest accommodation. This arrangement allows the yacht to accommodate up to 10 guests, offering a rare 5-cabin layout within the 27-metre explorer segment. This is especially appealing for charter use or Owners cruising regularly with larger groups, while still preserving generous exterior guest areas and a forward flybridge sunbathing space. In this version, a main-deck guest suite replaces the forward wheelhouse and part of the galley area, while the primary wheelhouse is relocated to the flybridge.

Exterior Living

One of the strongest aspects of the 27XP is the way the yacht creates multiple spaces for entertaining, dining, and relaxing throughout the day. Guests benefit from 3 distinct dining areas located within the main saloon, on the main deck aft, and across the flybridge, allowing a natural transition between indoor dining, shaded exterior meals, and open-air dining depending on the weather, level of privacy, or preferred atmosphere onboard.

The flybridge itself stands out as one of the yacht’s defining social spaces. Wide, practical, and highly usable, it has been designed as a genuine living area rather than simply an upper helm station. Depending on the selected configuration, the space can incorporate different helm arrangements alongside flexible lounge and sunbathing layouts.

Beyond the flybridge, the yacht also offers multiple exterior relaxation areas distributed across the decks. Guests can enjoy 2 large sunpads positioned on the bow, a shaded lounging area on the main deck aft, and an additional forward sunbathing space on the flybridge, creating several distinct environments for spending time outdoors throughout the day.

Engineering & Silent Cruising Technology

Beyond her accommodation and social spaces, the 27XP has been developed with autonomy and efficiency firmly in mind. Powered by twin MAN 560 engines, she reaches a top speed of 13.5 knots and delivers an approximate range of 2,200 nautical miles at 8 knots, making her well suited to extended cruising programmes throughout the Gulf, Mediterranean, and more remote cruising regions.

A major technical highlight is the MK2 Super Silent Pack, developed in partnership with Sleipner. Built around a 92.8 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery bank supported by solar input and intelligent energy management, the system allows extended silent operation at anchor while significantly reducing generator use. The result is a noticeably quieter onboard environment, particularly during overnight anchoring, while also reducing generator hours and improving overall onboard comfort.

Buy The Numarine 27XP

The Numarine 27XP delivers the volume, guest comfort, technical sophistication, and generous exterior living areas more commonly associated with far larger yachts, while retaining the efficiency, flexibility, and manageable operational profile of a 27-metre explorer.

Spacious, refined, and intelligently configured, the 27XP represents a compelling option for clients considering a new-build explorer yacht within this segment.
