Patrick Bone

Operational Superintendent

Patrick’s maritime journey began during his cadetship at Plymouth University, where he trained aboard commercial vessels over 290 metres in length, completing four global voyages before qualifying. With a strong background in watersports and a natural affinity for the sea, transitioning into the yachting industry was a seamless step.
Since then, Patrick has served as an Officer on the world’s largest 150m private yacht and has gained extensive experience managing vessels in the 50m–90m range. He brings a high level of operational oversight and management acumen to every programme, drawing on hands-on experience with major refits, full paintwork, and the complex logistics of high-demand operations.
At just 29, Patrick achieved his Master Unlimited qualification and took his first command at 31. Known for his calm, composed approach even in the most challenging situations, he is passionate about mentoring and takes pride in building strong, capable teams. With a focus on collaboration, high standards, and continuous improvement, he ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
