Natasha Day

Natasha Day is an experienced Interior Manager with over 9 years in the superyacht industry, specialising in new builds, refits, and large private and charter yachts over 60 metres. She joined Phoenix Yacht Management bringing extensive onboard leadership experience combined with strong project management capability.
Natasha began her yachting career in 2009 and progressed through senior interior roles including Lead Stewardess and Chief Stewardess. She has been closely involved in the delivery of a 78m new build, where her responsibilities included interior coordination, drawing and sample reviews, OSI procurement, FATs, onboard inspections, and collaboration with shipyards, designers, and owners’ teams.
Known for her calm, organised and optimistic approach, Natasha has a particular strength in interior setup, systems development, and standardisation. She supports projects with a detail-focused mindset while maintaining a strong awareness of crew dynamics, operational practicality, and long-term yacht usability.
