Originally from Sydney, Australia, Emily moved to London at 25 to experience life on the other side of the world, and she has been based in the United Kingdom ever since.
With a strong background as an Executive Assistant, Emily has worked across a range of industries in both Australia and the United Kingdom, including restaurants, hotels, recruitment, and yachting. She also spent time as a Chief Stewardess on small charter yachts in Australia, further strengthening her organisational and leadership skills.
Emily has been with Phoenix since its inception, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement key policies and procedures that underpin the business. In her role as Executive Liaison, she continues to support the Chief Executive Officer and wider executive team, helping to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across the company.
