Michaela’s career began with a strong passion for travel, which led her to join Emirates as a flight attendant. Over six years in the aviation industry, she developed exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working in dynamic, fast-paced environments around the globe.
Following her time in the skies, Michaela transitioned into client relationship management within the insurance industry. This role further enhanced her ability to connect with people, manage complex needs, and deliver outstanding service with professionalism and care.
Having lived in Japan, New Zealand, and Australia, Michaela brings a truly global perspective shaped by rich cultural experiences and a deep appreciation for diversity. Her international background continues to influence her work, allowing her to approach challenges with empathy, adaptability, and a broadened worldview. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys staying active with Pilates and exploring Dubai’s vibrant culinary scene in search of new and exciting food spots.
