Mirarri 55-foot yacht MIrarri

MIRARRI 55-FOOT YACHT: A VISIONARY FUSION OF AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGY AND LUXURY

In an era where much of the yachting industry is defined by repetition and incremental upgrades, the Mirarri 55 arrives with a clear and unapologetic message: innovation is not optional — it is overdue. Scheduled for delivery in 2026, Mirarri 55-foot yacht marks the debut of Mirarri, a bold new brand founded by Rashed Al Shaali. Although Mr Al Shaali’s family name is already synonymous in the United Arab Emirates maritime legacy, he has chosen not to rely on heritage — but to challenge it. The Mirarri 55 is the result of that ambition: a complete reimagining of what a modern yacht under 60 feet can be.

DESIGNED FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

The vision behind Mirarri was shaped by Timur Bozca, one of the most progressive voices in contemporary yacht design. Known for his sculptural, technically informed approach, Bozca’s work bridges aesthetics and performance in a way few designers can. With Mirarri, his aim was not merely to create a beautiful concept, but to establish a design that redefines what this category could become — aerodynamic, futuristic, and unapologetically forward-thinking.

Drawing inspiration from the efficient geometry of nature, particularly the hollow bone structures of birds, the exterior form results in a superstructure that is lightweight, resilient, and unmistakably bold. A full-beam glass dome spans the top deck, allowing natural light to flood the interior while maintaining structural integrity. The overall silhouette is fluid, minimalist, and athletic — conceived not just to impress, but to perform.

In 2025, Mirarri received international recognition when it was named Concept Under 40 Metres Winner at The International Yacht & Aviation Awards. The accolade celebrated its radical vision, design innovation, and ability to challenge expectations within the under-60-foot category.

AEROSPACE MEETS MARINE ENGINEERING

That engineering is driven by Enata, a shipyard based in the United Arab Emirates with deep roots in aerospace technologies and composite manufacturing. Known for its development of The Foiler, the worlds first flying yacht, Enata applies an extraordinary level of precision, typically reserved for aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Within Mirarri, carbon fibre, Kevlar, and titanium are employed throughout the structure — materials rarely used together at this scale. Every component is measured not in kilograms, but in grams. According to Chief Executive Officer Aloïs Vieujot, even the slightest deviation in weight prompts immediate recalibration, maintaining the ultra-precise standards demanded by aerospace-grade builds.

The result is not simply a lighter yacht — it is one constructed with the tolerance and rigour of aviation engineering, offering a uniquely responsive and efficient experience at sea.

INTELLIGENCE AS STANDARD

One of the most profound departures from traditional yacht design lies beneath the surface. The Mirarri 55 integrates Enata’s proprietary Wingman platform — an intelligent, onboard system that delivers predictive diagnostics, over-the-air software updates, and remote performance monitoring.

Owners will be able to pre-empt potential issues, monitor vital systems in real time, and initiate software enhancements remotely. It is a level of autonomy and control more commonly found in high-end electric vehicles than in leisure craft. Its integration is intentional: the Mirarri 55 is as much a product of digital engineering as it is of naval architecture.

PRECISION WITH PURPOSE

The layout is crafted with clarity and continuity. The main salon flows seamlessly into an aft deck configured for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a sunpad, alfresco dining area, bar, and barbecue station. Below deck, two full-beam en-suite cabins and a versatile galley and lounge area provide understated luxury — ideal for coastal cruising and extended weekend retreats.

Materials, lighting, and finish are chosen not for extravagance, but for their tactile elegance and longevity — reflecting the yacht’s modern, purpose-built ethos.

SUPPORTING INNOVATION AT HOME

Currently under construction, the inaugural Mirarri 55 is more than a landmark launch. It signals a broader evolution in United Arab Emirates yacht building — one that brings together visionary design, digital engineering, and aerospace-grade materials in a manner rarely seen at this size or price point.

At Phoenix, we are proud to support this next chapter by highliting revolutionary projects such as Mirarri. By backing emerging design talent and future-oriented shipyards within the region, we remain committed to positioning the United Arab Emirates as a global leader in advanced marine design and innovation.
