This role requires an excellent eye for detail with the ability to deliver the highest standard of service, extensive knowledge of various service styles and strong leadership skills and keen to motivate your team and help junior crew progress. This role requires an excellent eye for detail with the ability to deliver the highest standard of service, extensive knowledge of various service styles and strong leadership skills and keen to motivate your team and help junior crew progress.
